Ten looks created exclusively for yoox.com as a celebration of the ten-year career of Spain’s enfant terrible. Chosen as the best Spanish designer in 2009, David has shown his collections in both Madrid and New York. His muse is Bimba Bosé, model, actress and singer, who interprets the eclectic designer’s clothes to perfection.
The Capsule Collection “ten years ten looks for yoox.com 2000 ten” by davidelfin celebrates the ten-year career of the young, innovative Spanish designer, who re-interprets iconic men’s pieces, like classic tailored shirts, and renders them both feminine and androgynous. Modeling this collection is Bimba Bosé, muse for the label, who pays tribute to the designer by dedicating a song to him – “Beauty in Vogue” – with her funky jazz group “The Cabriolets”: hear an exclusive preview on yoox.com.

About David Delfín
David Delfín, recently awarded the title of Best Spanish Designer of 2009 by GQ magazine. His collections have graced the catwalks of Barcelona, Madrid and New York and his designs have been featured in numerous events in the realm of art and design. His works have been exhibited at the Museo Centro de Arte Reina Sofía, at the Museo Guggenheim in Bilbao as well as in the Corcoran Gallery of Art in Washington DC. He opened his first mono-brand store in Madrid in 2004.
About Bimba Bosé
Distinguished by her masculine features and striking looks, she has appeared on the major catwalks of New York, London, and Milan and worked for the world’s most renowned labels like Gucci, McQueen, Versus and Cerruti. Shehas been the cover model for Vogue Italia, as well as Harper’s Bazaar, and her beauty has been captured by legendary photographers like Steven Meisel, Mario Testino, Terry Richardson, David Sims, Steven Klein, Bruce Weber, Juan Gatti, Outomuro, Ferrater and Gallar.
Her most recent project, however, is musical: together with Diego Postigo (bass), Manuel Cabezalí (guitar) and Pablo Serrano (drums), she is a member of the singer/songwriting group ”The Cabriolets”, which is quickly becoming one of the reference points in today’s musical panorama.
About Rossy De Palma
Rosa Elena García Echave, known as Rossy de Palma, is a Spanish actress who grew up in the Balearic Islands before moving to Madrid where she founded an all-girl rock group called “Peores Imposibles”, taking the nickname of Rossy Peor, which she later changed to Rossy Von Donna. With her distinctive, irregular features, she captured the attention of the director Pedro Almodóvar in 1987 and began her acting career with the film “Law of Desire”. She worked with the director in subsequent movies like “Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown”, “Tie Me Up! Tie Me Down!” and “The Flower of My Secret”, and has even appeared in an Italian film. Alongside her acting career, she has continued to perform both as a singer and a model for designers like Jean-Paul Gaultier.
